rskj_4.0.0~jammy_source.changes (Rejected) , email with "Server Said" reason is blank

Hey team ! Hope you can help us.
I tried sending an email to <email address hidden> no luck :(

A few days ago we uploaded a new package which was successful for bionic, focal, and xenial, but rejected for jammy.
The email response has no reason for being rejected, so wondering what could be wrong with the upload in order to fix and re-upload. Below pasting the email with the rejection.

Hi, it looks like this error might have been due to a librarian outage that we had on that day. Can you retry the upload and let us know if you still notice issues?
