Not importing release tarballs from release URL pattern

Asked by Luís Infante da Câmara

I registered the series 5.x, 6.x and 7.x for a project (https://launchpad.net/jupyter-notebook), all with release URL patterns, but Launchpad is not importing release tarballs from those URL patterns when I add a release to a series.

Looks like a stuck job. I'm seeing if I can unstick it. In the meantime, moving this to our support queue since it seems to be an operational issue rather than a software bug as such.

We've killed the stuck job, so it will hopefully catch up tomorrow morning (it's a daily job).

Did killing the stuck job and it re-running on the next morning solve your issue? Do you have anything else unanswered/unfixed in this question? If not, can you mark it as "Solved"?

The answer to the first question is no. What is unfixed in this question is that, when I add a release to the project, Launchpad does not automatically import its release tarball.

Hi

I can see tarballs for 5 and 6 series.
Is this still an issue ? If so can you please specify exactly for which series you expect to see tarballs and they're missing ?
