Please enable RISC-V builds for two test PPAs

We're using the following PPAs to test installing packages from PPAs in the ubuntu-image test suite:

https://launchpad.net/~canonical-foundations/+archive/ubuntu/ubuntu-image-private-test
https://launchpad.net/~canonical-foundations/+archive/ubuntu/ubuntu-image

Could you please enable riscv64 builds for these PPAs so these tests can run on riscv64?
