These builds are failing and do not have build logs:

* https://launchpad.net/~luis220413/+archive/ubuntu/security-updates/+build/24140589

The corresponding packages build successfully on amd64, ppc64el and s390x and the first builds successfully on armhf.

This looks like a casualty of some systemic network issues (which affected more than just arm64/armhf - it just so happens that those were the particular builds of yours that were affected). I've retried all five builds.
