riscv64 for snapcraft hotfix "recipe"

We are delivering hotfixes (point releases) of snapcraft using https://launchpad.net/~sergiusens/snapcraft/+snap/snapcraft-hotfix but this does not have riscv enabled. Would it be possible to enable?
