Fix SVN import URL

Asked by Dirk Stöcker

I wanted to fix the SVN import URL for this, but it seems I have no permissions to do so which is a bit strange.

https://code.launchpad.net/~openstreetmap/josm/trunk

Two questions:

a) What needs to be done to get the permissions to change the import URL

b) Can the URL be changed (add https instead of http)

Hi Dirk, I updated the SVN import URL and retried the import a couple of times and both times it failed with an exception saying 'subvertpy.SubversionException: ('ra_serf: The server sent a truncated HTTP response body.', 120106)'. So it looks like there is some issue with the remote SVN server that needs to be fixed before the import can succeed.

Thanks. No that seems a Launchpad internal issue with fetching the existing data (probably converting to newer format or whatever). There is no server access to the remote server until later it seems. Anyway I did this yesterday for another stuck branch and after a few retries this phase is passed and then fetching starts for good. I'll do this here as well .
