no auto-build when tags are force updated

While building stable releases for my apps on launchpad, I use the recipe https://code.launchpad.net/~mamolinux/+recipe/battery-monitor

Whenever there is a new version, I create a corresponding tag "stable" with force update. I expected whenever the tag is updated it would automatically build with the latest version. But that is not happening. Please help.

Thank you for the question.

Usually, a git tag is intended to be set once for a specific git commit id, and not permanently updated.

For that what you try to do, usually a stable branch is used, not a stable tag.

That said, in theory this should work anyway, but it does not.
