Cannot fork repo

Since yesterday, whenever I try to fork a repo in launchpad it stays for some time in: "The repository is being created" state and then it disappears from my git repositories, so practically I am unable to fork.
Repos that I have tried to fork & I see this issue:

The message queue server seemed to have got itself into a bad state. Restarting it has fixed this, so you should be able to fork repositories again now. Sorry for the inconvenience.
