amd64 builds in the test rebuild archives all have chroot problems

Apparently the issue is that the publisher that handles rebuild archives is crashing and not even publishing an empty repo?

We just had some missing symlinks. I've retried that build and it works now.

Can you retry all the failures? Let us know if you need help with doing that in bulk (but it should be fairly easily scriptable).
