Package fails to upload to PPA only on arm64

I tried to upload patched versions of the subversion package to my PPA. The packages for Bionic and Jammy built and uploaded successfully on all architectures. The same happened for the package for Focal, except that this package failed to upload on arm64.

Steps I have took:
1. Upload the source.changes file to the PPA with dput.
2. Wait for the builds to be published.

What happens: The package fails to upload without any reason in the build log.

What should happen: The package should be published successfully.

The upload unfortunately failed due to an internal network glitch. I've retried it, and I expect it will succeed.
