Builds in ~baltix PPA doesn't start for about 16 hours, but on build page always is good news - starts after ~10-30 minutes, see https://launchpad.net/~baltix/+archive/ubuntu/ppa/+build/23575203

There was an attempted migration, which got aborted. Rolling back takes some time.

This will take some more time, and currently there is nothing we can do to speed this up.

Maybe you could consider informing us about such incidents, e.g. via https://twitter.com/launchpadstatus? Without public communication we might be tempted to try retriggering the build, causing further congestion in the build queue...
