architecture independent/all package

Is it possible to build/publish arch independent/all packages ? Do I understand correct that launchpad runs builds with selected host-archs but never builds a type=all package ?

"Architecture: all" works just fine. Launchpad will build it on a single architecture (currently amd64) and publish it for all architectures.
