Add Lombard Language

Hello, I am Brian Sciretti, user and sysop on the Lombard Wikipedia and member of the Academia Bonvesin de la Riva, which is an institute devoted to the study, the safeguard and the diffusion of the Lombard language, with a special regard to the free software community.

If it is possible to add the Lombard language (ISO code: lmo), we'll be glad to translate free software in our language. If you need some info, write me back.

Hello Juergen, thanks for the response.

The code, as said, it's "lmo". The plural forms it's the same as the English example provided in the page: we have two forms, so it's 2, and we too use the plural for zero, so our expression is "n != 1",
