Not able to login to staging environment.

Hi Launchpad team,
This is Rick from CEQA team. I'm not able to login to staging environment. And I'm need staging env for test our tool in develop stage.
And what I'm facing is I got error message like below:

And my registered email is "<email address hidden>" on staging launchpad.
