Please enable riscv64 for ppa:luke-jr/bitcoinknots

It would be nice to support riscv64, especially since it's important Bitcoin nodes run on secure hardware.

Sorry, but at the moment we can only provide riscv64 support for Canonical staff or Ubuntu core developers, since the build machines aren't reset to a clean VM image between builds so aren't ready for general use.
