Provider is not supported, or was incorrectly entered

I have installed gerrit server setup in localhost. Sign in with a Launchpad ID. Always use normally. but now it shows the error "Provider is not supported, or was incorrectly entered."

The problem is that the openID provider has restrictions on the area where our internet line is located, we have changed the openid access route and now it can work normally
