Team recovery: ubuntu-bots-team

Howdy,

A while ago when trying to re-create the Ubuntu IRC bots team[0], I created ~ubuntu-bots-team and while meaning to transfer ownership to ~ubuntu-irc-council, I accidentally clicked on the user ~council instead and of course am unable to recover. Could that be transferred back to me, or just to ubuntu-irc-council itself?

All the original bot developers are gone, as such we no longer have anyone active on the original Ubuntu IRC bots team, so the idea was to re-create it with the active contributors.
