Translated strings don't make it into export branch any more

Hi team,

We noticed that translated items don't make it into the export branch for the project any more.

For example, https://bazaar.launchpad.net/~mahara-lang/mahara-lang/20.10_STABLE-export/files/head:/mahara hasn't been updated since '2 months ago'. Our system shows us that the last export that made it into our system was on 14 September 2021 (13 September US). However, translations have been made since then, e.g. on 25 November 2021: https://translations.launchpad.net/mahara-lang/20.10/+pots/mahara/es/+translate?batch=10&show=all&search=vistas+y+colecciones

Where the current Spanish translation is 'Páginas y colecciones' instead of the 'Vistas y colecciones' from 2018.

More recent branches, i.e. 21.04 and 21.10 did receive translations into their export branch over the last two months.

Could you please check if you can see anything on your end why the export to the 20.10 branch would start to fail in September?

The export job seems to be running normally, and is outputting:

2021-12-01 05:36:07 INFO Exporting Mahara language packs 20.10 series.
2021-12-01 05:36:07 DEBUG Created DirectBranchCommit.
2021-12-01 05:36:07 DEBUG Last commit was at 2021-09-14 07:24:28.903000+00:00.

The issue seems to be somewhere further back than that. If you look at https://translations.launchpad.net/mahara-lang/20.10/+pots/mahara, you can see that the "Last Edited" date on the POFile row hasn't been updated. However, I see it being updated for other translations, so I'm not quite sure what's going on here yet.

This will need some more investigation. Could you please use the "Create bug report" link on this question to convert it into a bug report?

Hi,
As required in last message, I create a bug report to request the examination of this issue. I have changed a big bunch of strings in order to clarify basic terms in the Spanish translations and I need the 20.10 language pack to be updated before making some videotutorials. Many thanks in advance.
