Private PPA request

Please convert the PPA https://launchpad.net/~canonical-hwe-team/+archive/ubuntu/linux-firmware-es to private, as we want to put pre-release stuff there which we can't expose to the public. Thanks.

As there was no one from the "Launchpad Commercial Admins" around, Tom Haddon from IS was so kind to perform the conversion.
