Can you add Kosovo on Launchpad

Hi,
can you add Kosovo on Launchpad so we can create a mirror in https://rt.ubuntu.com/Ticket/Display.html?id=37061

Kosovo (Kosovo, Republic of) doesn't actually have an ISO-3166 code, but some inter-governmental organisations do use XK[1] , and
3 char XKX[2] (note : Kosovo seems to use UNK[3])
