Merged my old (pre-Canonical) and new accounts

When I registered to launchpad during my preparation to the work in Canonical, I saw that ~arsenique account name is already taken. So, I've created a new one by name ~arsenonical, and all the systems got initialized to this name. Today, I've succeeded to recover the fact that ~arsenique (the taken name) was actually taken by me (in the past). So, I merged these two accounts into ~arsenique.

C.J.Watson (who helped me a lot through the process) advised me to open a ticket to update SSO Admin about this change.

By the way, I have already updated my profile details on the HR portal.

I did advise you to file a ticket, but you need to do so with IS rather than with us. See: https://portal.admin.canonical.com/new/
