'target to series' missing via some bug urls

Hello, the 'target to series' is missing from:

and

But 'target to series' is available from the hand-constructed url:

This is essentially https://bugs.launchpad.net/launchpad/+bug/540312 (also mentioned in https://bugs.launchpad.net/launchpad/+bug/821481). Bug pages are rendered similarly, but not identically, depending on what context URL you reach them from, and this is indeed non-obvious.

Ah yes that sounds like it exactly; could we pop in a menu of 'other contexts' somewhere to make these easier to find?
