Public-Facing PPAs are full

I have two public-facing PPA (https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-advantage/+archive/ubuntu/fips and https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-advantage/+archive/ubuntu/fips-updates) which are full and need guidance on how to proceed.

They don't accept updates to the current packages there, anymore and I have some updates to send.

I'm willing to delete stuff to liberate space, but I don't know how and I'm afraid to remove important packages there.

I've bumped the quota for both.
