Please enable RISC-V builds for my PPA titled "Testing"

As a Canonical Employee and member of the Foundations team I will sometimes need to build RISC-V packages in a PPA.

Please enable riscv build on https://launchpad.net/~slyon/+archive/ubuntu/testing
