Please enable RISC-V arch for my PPA "openssl3"

Hello,

Would it be possible to enable RISC-V for my PPA "openssl3" that will be used to prepare the transition from openssl 1.1.1x to openssl 3 ? Thanks in advance :)

For future reference, will I need to ask again for other PPAs or is the permission bit set to the owner ?
