Cant download menulibre-2.2.1.tar.gz SSl issue

When we try to download this file (https://launchpad.net/menulibre/2.2/2.2.1/+download/menulibre-2.2.1.tar.gz) from our work network it triggers the Firewall as if it's a threat.

It looks like it worked before.

Do you know if anything change on your side and if the SSL certificate is valid?

I'm not aware of anything that changed in this area recently, and all the certificates look fine to me.
