Please increase size limit for ppa:cloud-images/eks-anywhere-1.20

To provide a AWS EKS Anywhere image for VMware, we need to ship exact binary versions & container versions from the EKS Distro. Packaging that takes a lot of space so please increase the size limit of that PPA.
