Requesting access or ownership for the cassandra-snap project

Hi,

I am wondering what the process for taking over an unmaintained project would look like, if there is any... The cassandra-snap project was created a while ago and has not been used since.

The server team is maintaining a new Cassandra snap and we would like to take over that project. We already got ownership of the github snapcrafters/cassandra repository, and we are looking into how to claim the snap namespace itself as well in snapcraft.io.

It seems that this is a request that we will be able to fulfill but before that, can you let me know the exact name of the team that you want to take over the project?
