Could we get the details of the other account? If it's private, you can send them to <email address hidden>.

it's a gmail account.
'<email address hidden>' and its id is 'onting'
I'd prefer to use old id 'onting' if I could.

Can you try to recover the deleted account using the attached email? Once you do that you can just follow this page to do the merge. https://help.launchpad.net/YourAccount/Merging

Also, let me clarify the process for recovering the deleted account:

- Sign into Launchpad using the "<email address hidden>" account.
- That process will involve creating a new account on login.launchpad.net with the that email address.
- Finally proceed with the sign in into Launchpad.

That last step should generate an error (OOPS), just send us the error ID that is showed to you and we will be able to advance towards getting the account merged properly.

Hope that is clearer.

Thanks!

Can I get more intructions about it?
I'm sorry, but I couldn't take a error you told about.
I tried to log in into launchpad with my gmail account, but it just pushed me into its setting page, and I couldn't get any error, it just let log in me with <email address hidden>.
Please give me more about it.

Hi,

Have you tried logging in with the "<email address hidden>" account, not the " <email address hidden>" details?
This should cause the error we are looking for.

Thanks.

On a previous message you said that you added the "gmail.com" information to ubuntu one.

Maybe you added your "gmail.com" address as email in the ubuntu one account that already has "<email address hidden>" ? In that case it's normal that it's working as doing so you just enabled both emails to give access to the "horary" account.

As next step, please, remove the "gmail.com" email from the "<email address hidden>" ubuntu one account and try to log in into Launchpad using the "gmail.com" account. That should cause the error that we were talking about.
