Please enable RISC-V builds for my PPA titled "Testing PPA"

As a Canonical Employee and member of the Foundations team I will sometimes need to build RISC-V packages in a PPA.

Would it make sense to enable these for any Canonical employee? The Foundations team has some dedicated RISC-V engineers starting early next month and they will certainly need this as well.

I've added riscv64 to that PPA.

Any Canonical employee can have this if they need it; they just need to file a ticket, as you did.
