Spam from Turing on email address used for launchpad.net

I have begun receiving spam from Turing on an email address I only use for launchpad.net.

The email starts like this

> I saw your profile online and wanted to reach out! You might be a great fit for many of the remote software engineering roles that top U.S. companies are hiring for on Turing.

Is it possible to harvest email addresses from launchpad.net or has there been a leak?

I guess I should have investigated a bit more before asking.
I see now that email addresses are not hidden on launchpad.

You can hide them on https://launchpad.net/~/+edit, although of course it'll be too late now for that address. I suppose you could change your configuration to hide your address, /dev/null that address, and switch to a new one.
