inappropriate bug content

Hello, this bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/isomd5sum/+bug/1930457 filed by user https://launchpad.net/~rialeynewemail is moderately inappropriate. The bug is currently security private, which it isn't, it's not remotely useful as a bug report, so it's not really important, but this user should not file similar bug reports that are publicly visible.

I'm not sure what exactly should happen; I'm hoping you'll be able to look at it and make a decision. (There's no reason for this bug to be security private except annoying fewer people the way it was filed.)
