Moldavian has 3 plural forms:

Form 0 for 1.

Form 1 for 0, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6...

Form 2 for 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25...

Also, for some reason, "Active in Launchpad" for Moldavian is set to False. Can it be enabled?
