Spammers usually add some link to bump their online reputation, or try to sell something directly. It doesn't seem to be the case.

It is for sure a very strange interaction, but maybe the user just misunderstood something.

I would prefer to not treat that as spam for now, and wait to see if the user will post something else with a link, or edit this question.

What is your opinion?
