Please generate & deploy Test-Rebuild signing key for copy-archive

E: The repository 'http://rebuild-test.internal/ubuntu-test-rebuild-20210412-hirsute-v2/ubuntu hirsute Release' is not signed.

Based on:

cronscripts/publishing/cron.publish-copy-archives: GNUPGHOME=/srv/launchpad.net/rebuild-test/gnupg-home

I'm pondering if we need to create that location, and generate a new 4k RSA signing only key, no subkeys, call it

Ubuntu Rebuild Test Automatic Signing Key (2021) <email address hidden>

And then get the public fingerprint and adjust https://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-archive/ubuntu-archive-publishing/trunk/files to sign the rebuild-test archives with said key?

..... or how copy-archives are supposed to be signed? cause all of the above could be a red herring.
