copy-archive is published without /ubuntu/ subdir as is "more typical"

copy-archive is published without /ubuntu/ subdir as is "more typical"

Normally PPAs & Ubuntu Archive are published with /ubuntu/ subdir.

They copy archive http://rebuild-test.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-test-rebuild-20210412-hirsute-v2/ is published directly with suites inside it, without /ubuntu/ subdir.

But when dispatching livefs builds to it, https://launchpad.net/~xnox/+livefs/ubuntu/hirsute/any-devirt/+build/271677 it is expected to be published with /ubuntu/ subdir i think:

E: The repository 'http://rebuild-test.internal/ubuntu-test-rebuild-20210412-hirsute-v2/ubuntu hirsute Release' does not have a Release file.

I don't know how to best fix this missmatch of expectations. My preference would be for the copy archives to be published with /ubuntu/ subdir, like it is done for PPAs.
