Need to merge an account with a dead email address.

I have two accounts. A very old account which the email is no longer active.
I woukd like to merge them.

Old account Email: <email address hidden>
Old Account Username: Gilligan
Old account Launchpad Id: qwertya

Keep account Email: <email address hidden>
Keep account Username: Richard J Uschold
Keep account Launchpad Id: gilliganu1
