My Package is upload with success but i didn't receive any email and the package isn't in my ppa

My Package (dvkbuntu-hos-wallpaper) is upload with success with a correct key but i didn't receive any email and the package didn't show in my ppa (dvkbuntu-ppa-20.04), why ?
