Please see https://help.launchpad.net/YourAccount/Closing, which is ordinarily the best way to deactivate your account. If you want to remove more traces of your account from all Canonical's systems, then it would be best to email <email address hidden> to request a more complete erasure (which involves coordinating among multiple teams).
