Phabricator bug tracker?

Lubuntu has an external Phabricator instance that's used for project management. It would be nice to link bugs to tasks we have there for reference. Is there any chance we can get Launchpad to recognize these?

You'll need to use the "Create bug report" option on this question to turn this into a bug. Adding support for new external bug trackers is a development project (from past experience, probably a couple of weeks of work), so it needs to be tracked as a bug.
