Package waiting publication for long time period

The vtk6 package on this ppa( https://launchpad.net/~ivan-tarifa/+archive/ubuntu/vtk6-osrf-temporary-release/+packages) is taking long time to be published (>1h). As I saw in one comment that the average is 30min, I think that something is wrong. Is there something that I need to do to publish? (I already ticked the publish case)

I don't think anything particular was wrong - it was just being rather slow. It's published now.
