How to install chirp-daily on Fossa from PPA?

As of now I am unable to install the chirp-daily deb from ~dansmith PPA. As it seems there are errors in the build process. Is there any workaround for this? How can I reach ~dansmith on this matter? I can not find any mail adress. The Bug Report section is all greyed out so I can not file a Bug. Can anyone help?

We can't help with issues in individual PPAs, but you can use the "Contact this user" facility on https://launchpad.net/~dansmith.
