Help removing an old Launchpad id from a "previous life"

When at my previous employer, I created a launchpad id for that work. Now that I'm at Canonical, this old id is providing some confusion. Any chance it could be reviewed and if not accessed in the previous 6 months (wouldn't have been me), then remove the old id?

Could you let us know both IDs?
Do you have anyway you can prove ownership of the previous ID?
