"Timeout error" while requesting builds

When requesting builds for https://code.launchpad.net/~openrazer/+recipe/openrazer-stable I get the error message
  The following errors occurred:
  Timeout error, please try again in a few minutes.
This has been happening since Sunday when I initially wanted to get this recipe building.
Browsing through the network inspector it shows Error ID OOPS-46869265109fce8004b84389afcb4451 - hopefully that is helpful.
If you need any further information I'm happy to provide them.
