new LP user pragya1610 spamming bugs

received two emails on bugs comments. Both emails reported user pragya1610 had added a comment to the bugs. These comments are a list of URLs, apparently related to pragya1610 themselves;

https://bugs.launchpad.net/~pragya1610 shows (at the moment) 49 bugs touched by this user. Also the user is reported by LP as having been created today 2020-10-19.

Can you please cleanup?
