Translation export branch doesn't receive translations

Hi Launchpad team,

I'd like to ask for your assistance because I can't see where I have gone wrong.

My export branch https://code.launchpad.net/~mahara-lang/mahara-manual/20.10_STABLE-export isn't receiving translation files. I can't see a difference to the setup of https://code.launchpad.net/~mahara-lang/mahara-manual/20.04_STABLE-export

Checking one of the templates:
- 20.10: https://translations.launchpad.net/mahara-manual/20.10/+pots/account/+edit
- 20.04: https://translations.launchpad.net/mahara-manual/20.04/+pots/account/+edit

doesn't show any differences either.

Therefore, I'm a bit at a loss as some initial translations should have made it into the export branch by now as there are some translated items: https://translations.launchpad.net/mahara-manual/20.10/+translations

So this is a bug of some kind, but I'm really not sure what as I'm not at all familiar with this code. Could you please use the "Create bug report" link on this question to convert it into a bug report, as we'll need to investigate further?
