Please add a filter option to the language overview page for a project

In the language overview page of a project (e.g. https://translations.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/jaunty/+lang/ml):
it would be useful to have a filter option to filter all the available templates for at least the following information:
 * templates with changes (blue color in the status bar)
 * templates with "Needs review"
 * templates with untranslated strings
 * templates with translations only in Rosetta (purple color in status bar)

The result should be sorted like the current full template list.
