Okay, found it. https://code.edge.launchpad.net/~vcs-imports/joomla/trunk

But the muppets at Joomla require a username to check code out anonymously. Sigh.

I've talked with Andrew about possibly shifting to bzr/Launchpad.
So there's hope ;-) but please bear with 'em.
