How to build snaps using ubuntu 20.04

Hi,

I'm the maintainer of kata-containers snap package, in order to build QEMU 5 statically we need ubuntu 20.04, is there a way to build the snap using ubuntu 20.04? I don't see "focal fossa" in the list

Counter-intuitively, you should just select "Ubuntu Core 16", and declare `base: core20` in your snapcraft.yaml. We're working on making that bit of UI less confusing.
