an additional ghost user is in the system that does not allow updates and functioning properly.

ps2 mouse stopped working, keyboard shortcuts does not work, stops critical updates , computer hangs with screen turning grey, net speed is quiet low compared to other system. sometimes it feels like that somebody is trying to take secret information. sometimes it shows the ghost name as 'kluser'. tried to kill all the users in terminal command but in vain. thanks
